SHIPPING
Sushi Dragons is a Certified FedEx shipper. We ship Monday through Wednesday Priority Overnight.
We are unable to ship live rodents at this time.

COST
Depending on your location, shipping costs run from $35 to $55. Feel free to email us for an exact quote.


GUARANTEES
We guarantee live arrival provided someone is present to receive the package. Please notify us immediately
should something be wrong with the animal when it arrives. We will need photographic evidence within
2 hours of arrival if the animal is DOA. We are not responsible for carrier delays or missed deliveries.

We guarantee the health of all of our animals for 10 days after purchase and receipt as long as proper
care and husbandy is provided. Do your research, ask questions and never assume anything! Please notify us
should something come up concerning the health of your new pet. We are not responsible for any veterinary
fees without prior discussion and consent.

We cannot guarantee the adult color or the gender on hatchlings. We do the best we can to give an unbiased
assessment of the hatchling's quality and probable sex, but we cannot promise anything for certain. We
can guarantee the genetics and lineage as well as provide unaltered pictures of parents and clutch mates,
but that's as far as we can realistically go. With our combined experiences, we are confident that you
will get what you paid for.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are at our discretion. It isn't fair for anyone, especially the animal, if you simply
change your mind. Any requests for returns and exchanges are taken very seriously and discussed at length.
If approved for return, there is a $50 restocking fee (we have to quarantine any animals reentering our facility)
and the buyer must pay the shipping. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. We do not offer cash
refunds on purchases. We will replace the animal at our expense if it arrives DOA or passes within the first 3
days assuming all the above criteria are met.

 

PAYMENT
We accept payment via paypal, credit card, and money order. If using paypal we are obligated to ship to the
address on the account unless otherwise noted in the "Notes" section of the paypal transaction.
Cash is fine for face to face deals, but it's not a good idea to snail mail cash. We cannot accept personal checks.

Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis. For payment plans we require a non-refundable 20%
deposit of the total amount due. The remainder must be paid in full within 14 days unless otherwise discussed. No animal ships until payment is received in full.
